My name is Patrick Howard and I am currently a Web designer at CMG Worldwide. CMG Worldwide is a licensing agency for many of the entrainment, sports and historical legends of the past century. Its headquarters are located in Indianapolis, Indiana, but it also has offices in Los Angeles and Rio de Janeiro. My main duties are the creation, maintenance and improvement of the two hundred plus client Web sites. I'm also responsible for the addition of multimedia aspects to Web sites.
I attended Ball State University for architecture. In the first year of college I took some basic art classes. In these new classes I found a new love for Graphic Design and changed my major the next year. As a Graphic Design major I found a special interest in printmaking and web design. I also participated in multiple exhibits, including the Ball States University Postcard Exchange in Brazil and the Cannon Theory Project. In May 2001, I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
Outside of work I enjoy watching movies, photography and learning new programs. I live with two roommates, Joy and Jason. Jason also works at CMG Worldwide in the IS department and is a talented music engineer. In the evenings, we both work on side projects including web design and development, and inventing and critiquing ideas. The atmosphere is laidback and we work at our own pace, which makes it an enjoyable environment to come home to.
